Earlier this year i was asked to speak at an event on the Combating Misinformation & Disinformation Bill that is currently before legislators. I never got the opportunity to deliver this speech so today, I'm bring it to you as an opinion piece!
Free Speech Is Dying!
Some of you may know me &what i stand for. Those of you who do not, Hi, my name is Aldyn Hayes & i represent HayesMediaGroup!
I am just a Red, White & Blue collar boy from the South of Western Australia. A Christian, husband, father, patriot & warrior for Christ!
Mis/Dis information & hate speech do not exist! These are just words they use to silence dissenting opinions. Anyone who is an advocate of free speech or a free speech absolutist like myself will understand the threat of infiltration by Marxist Communists & their partisan ideology in our governance bodies & institutions! Anyone who grew up in or escaped from a Communist country will understand too.
The only speech IS free speech!
They love to use these arbitrary, vague words to shutdown & silence, open & honest dialogue. Who else remembers the state's catch cry of "the science is settled"? Well the science WASN'T settled & now , many of our brothers & sisters are paying for it, myself included! We weren't allowed to question the government, pharmaceutical companies or news corporations!
If you thought that was bad, its about to get a whole lot worse!
Over the last few years the meaning of mis/dis information has morphed. it started as a word salad, but is now weaponized and aimed at the heart of our great nation, WE THE PEOPLE! It is designed to destroy our God given right to free speech. I say again, God given! I'm not sure about any of you, but before any monarchy, government, law or man, I answer to The Lord Almighty & will have to give an account of my earthly life one day.
Irrespective of faith everyone reading this today will know that free speech doesn't come free & must be defended with ever ounce of will we have! I know that God has called Me to stand & defend!
They claim that mis/dis information poses a significant threat to the safety & well being of the public, that anonymity online is dangerous. What's truly dangerous is our ability to question them, their narrative & that's why we now have this bill. It's the death knells of a dying beast! They are losing control and wish to curtail how we communicate & try to legislate our very thoughts!
The AMCA has argued the free speech must be silenced, claiming it has a far reaching ability to spread rapidly and "HARM" public health responses, elections & democratic institutions! All this sounds like a protection racket!
No one will be able to escape this bill. From the grandmother asking for pictures of her grandchildren, to smaller conservative commentators like myself & in particular our independent media! When the mainstream won't touch a story or bring us balanced reporting, we turn to Odyssey/Rumble/Twitter for accurate, honest coverage!
No one is exempt, no one will escape its tendrils! Dissidents won't be just censored, we will be DELETED from the internet. We love the adage here in Australia of "she'll be right mate". Sorry, but she won't be right! We will utter this as we are marched to the gulags & this is exactly what will happen!
THEY ALREADY HAVE THEM BUILT!
Even the churches & other religious institutions think they can dodge the far reaching powers this will give governments. Well I'm here to tell you they can't! OUR rights & beliefs will be the first on the chopping block! They claim to be beacons of honesty & morality! They claim to honor a power higher than secular government! However it is that very government, who wants to insert themselves into these religious institutions & proclaim themselves as God!
This bill is the mechanism of the Communist manifesto being implemented in this country. Communism's first target was & always will be the churches, as they are a potential threat to THEIR system. Scripture can't be rewritten & this scares those that rely solely on gaslighting to get their point across.
Orwell summed it up perfectly in his final lecture 1984. 2+2=5 & that's where we are at in this country! The government wants control of our lives. They want you obedient & malleable, so they can shape your heart & mind to suit their own goals & agenda!
OUR GREAT NATION was built on the backs of convicts, vagabonds & dissidents! When did we lose our spine? Where did the spirit of Australian legends like Ned Kelly or Mark Reed go? we used to say NO, ENOUGH, to governments that pushed too hard. We did it in 1854, it's high time we did it again!
The government has no right to dictate to us what is true, factual & "safe" for people to consume online. That is for each citizen to discern for themselves! It's called critical thinking & common sense. But common sense isn't all that common amongst Communist! This is why the feel emboldened to push THEIR "right think" on the rest of us!
I don't have much more to say in closing other than this is us, at our breaking point! It's time we bring back some 1808 shenanigans!
We've had enough, it's time to STAND, be COUNTED & SHOW THEM we will not be pushed around and silenced!

First it was Vaxed vs Un-Vaxed, then Ukraine vs Russia, then it became Israel vs Palestine. For the last few years they have had us all at each other’s throats!
When did we become so toxic, bloodthirsty and uncivilised to each other? Whatever happened to those that, rather than war, placed a flower in the barrel of the gun, of those there were presented as the aggressor?
All while we gave the universal sign for peace!
When did we for go peace, all in the aim of making those that already have the power, even more powerful? When did we start to hate those that saw the bigger picture, because they believed in something bigger than themselves?
In the last few years, but even further back through my lifetime, I have watched humanity turn on itself! Where once we dreamed, and dreamed big, only to become so self centred we couldn’t see beyond our own feelings. What was once the stomping ground of the bold & brave, has become the home of the vapid and insane!

The Battle Against Degeneracy Is Ever Ongoing!
As some of you may remember, back in July, 2023 we were banned from all @CityofSwan
facilities, for exposing the inappropriate literature contained within the children's sections of the Public Libraries! We simply recorded what was available, and left behind a tastefully made bookmark within the books (pictured below). I will leave links to some of the video exposé on this below!
As has become very evident in all of our dealings with multiple shires within the Greater Perth Region, councils seem to only enforce their standing ordinances, when & if it suits THEM, as has been evident at multiple permit-less rallies and protests held by the Left!
Here is the original email correspondence we received, were they DEMAND we remove our content from social media, citing that our "behavior" was "inappropriate and using offensive anti-LGBTQIA+ slogans"!
The council is still yet to clearly state what, exactly, is offensive to the gay community about the slogan ...

Not everyone was built for success, greatness or fame. The rise of social media has convinced some that they are owed it. You see it on every platform, just look at sites like twitch & YouTube, millions of account, some that never get more than a handful of views. Others have billions.
